Zur Person

Oliver Ritthoff absolvierte von Okt. 1989 bis Jan. 1992 eine Ausbildung zum Datenverarbeitungskaufmann bei der Thyssen Stahl AG in Duisburg. Dort war er bis August 1992 in der Abteilung Informatik beschäftigt.
Anschliessend studierte er bis Okt. 1999 Informatik mit Nebenfach Theoretische Medizin an der Universität Dortmund. Seine Diplomarbeit mit dem Titel "mAGENTa - ein Internet-Agent zur automatischen Generierung von grafischen Benutzeroberflächen mittels maschineller Lernverfahren am Beispiel radiologischer Befunde" hat er zusammen mit cand. Inform. Kai Bullerdick am Institut für Mikrotherapie der Universität Witten/Herdecke geschrieben.
Seit Januar 2000 ist er im Rahmen des Sonderforschungsbereiches 531 am Lehrstuhl für Künstliche Intelligenz als wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter tätig.
